FAQ

Short answers.

For architects, facilities and partners. If a claim is not here, we probably cannot print it yet.

Is this upcycled furniture?
We recover commercial pieces and re-specify them so they can go on a drawing. Not a craft stall.
Is it recycled?
Recovered from commercial clear-outs and diverted from landfill. We do not print recycled percentages unless we can prove them.
Is it Green Star certified?
Not as a product badge. We provide diversion evidence for your sustainability schedule. Ecolabels are research, not a claim on this site.
Can it go on a wall?
Specified as furniture and joinery unless a fire path is documented for that job. Wall linings are a different product.
Who makes it?
We hold the spec, the preview and the QA. Perth partners do the upholstery, joinery and rug work. Konduct materials where specified.
Who pays to collect?
The client, as a recovery fee for that labour. Remaining skip stays with their usual contractor.
Will the skip be cheaper?
Sometimes the remaining volume drops. We do not guarantee it. Remaining skip is still theirs.
Do you take residential furniture?
Not this programme. Commercial desks, screens, chairs and joinery.
How long does it take?
Quoted per job. Typically two to four weeks with held finishes; up to six if fabric is incoming.
Is this Perth only?
Perth first.
