Visualisations, CAD, CGI and generated imagery on this site are indicative. They show how recovered families and specified overlays may appear in a commercial interior. They are not photographs of completed ReSpec projects unless a page or caption names a project.

Recovered materials vary in core, laminate, tone and wear. Finishes are grouped by family and are not a match to new board. Making starts after order. Lead times are quoted per job. Products are specified as furniture and joinery unless a separate fire path is documented. We do not claim Green Star, GECA, WELL, NABERS or recycled-content percentages unless stated on that piece.

Scope

• Not a skip company, tip shop, or waste contractor.
• Not a wall lining or fire-rated partition unless a documented path exists for that job.
• Recovery fees are quoted per job. Remaining skip remains the client’s.
• We recover what can go on a drawing. We leave the rest.
• Konduct’s rugs, walls, scent and lighting remain Konduct product. ReSpec is the recovery layer.
